Well I’m totally regretting buying AVast prduct. It came with my computer and I tried to RENEW. No answer from submitted tickets and I cannot get this product installed. I bought Avast 4, I’ve read the forums here and got the license details back for Avast 5, but still cannot install. My life would have been easier to buy a new product and install from new. I know next time.
In the meantime can anyone offer a good link to advise for an easy installation please.
