My account says I have no licences

As my account says I have no licences, (which I do!) there is no way I can access it to cancel auto renewal. Have no problem renewing, I just want the option of when I do so. I think they have just debited my credit card well in advance of when it would have been necessary.

Eddy - yes - managed to find original order details
So they have renewed my subscription, charging far more than in previous years for some reason and weeks in advance of when it needed to b e renewed. My account is still showing no licences and I can see nowhere to change my renewal from automatic.
I recently changed my email address and think this is the problem. Last year I received a notice that they were going to automatically renew but ths year, got nothing. My account now operates with my new email address, listing correctly the computers I have protected by Avast - except no licences!
