I’ve got conflicting information.
When logged into My Device:
Real-Time shields: X Off
Security Status: X Unsecured
Subscription Status:EXPIRED
When I click the Avast icon on the desktop:
Checked: Everything is good
I don’t understand why this is. Can anyone help? Thanks

Are you sure you’re comparing the same devices in both your my.avast.com account and the computer ???
Have you recently either renewed or re-installed avast on your computer ???
How many device are listed in your online account and how many actual devices do you have ???
Thanks for replying so promptly Bob. Aw, you’re right! In the General tab, I wasn’t logged in to my account with my email address. Thank you so much.
I’ve deleted the old one and the new one is all up to date and full of green ticks.
