My Avast Browser Won't Sync Account

No matter what I do, I always get the message in the attached image.

That is my Avast login, I have paid products, but the login doesn’t work.
As a test, I made a fresh new account through the browser using a completely different and unrelated email and received the same exact message.

Help?

It isn’t advisable to post your email address in a public forum.

It is also preferable to attach images as many won’t visit 3rd party sites to unknown content. I have copied yours and attached it, also an imae on how to attach.

I don’t use ASB so I can’t really check this, hopefully someone with ASB can check this out.
