My Avast cleanup tool will not activate.

My avast cleanup tool will not activate i have paid it says i have one device i can use it on but when i push the activation button the orange button greys out and you get babershop pole lines going over it and it just sits there I’ve left it on for an hour now.

I can not find where my activation code is so i cant activate it any other way.
