what is happening on https://my.avast.com? If I go to Antitheft or Commands section, it say “Error (305) Requested service not available at the moment! Please try again later. (Antitheft)” on all my devices.

When is this problem going to be fixed? Or how can I delete the app off of my phone? My brother needs to be able to use my old phone and he can’t because I can’t unlock it because of this problem.

same here. none of the web commands go thru to phone. SMS commands work fine.

Correction. Works on the unrooted GS2, but not on the rooted GS3. Don’t know what’s different between the 2 installs, but the GS3 just wont communicate with the avast web interface.
I landed here using google.
I am trying to restore sms from the web panel and it gives the same 305 error. Out of all free backup apps I paid for this think. Its as buggy as the free ones.

Same with me, I am trying to restore all my SMS, however if I click “restore all” it’ll present this error to me. I’m able to do it one by one, but it is very inefficient. could you please solve this, I need to restore my phone as soon as possible.
Hi there, I’m very sorry, but it works for me. I’ve tried 2 devices, SMS and images, both one by one and “restore all”. If you still experience this problem, please provide me your device ID so I can check if everything is OK with your device in our database. The device ID is part of URL (web address) - just open page with your device in MyAvast and copy whole web address from your browser here.
