my.avast.com only reachable using VPN

I can only connect to my.avast.com when I use my (avast) VPN.
When VPN is switched off I get ERR_ADRESS_UNREACHABLE on all my devices! (PC and mobile)

Any Idea??

It can caused by your ISP, like DNS error.
Try to change your DNS and see if you can access it again.
