Slightly confused as to why the website is telling me that Anti-Virus is not installed but the Mobile Premium Suite and Anti-Theft are installed. I didn’t think there was a separate Anti-Virus to download.

There is no Mobile Premium Suite anymore since January.
Make sure you have the latest AMS installed.
Remove the device from your account.
Wait e.g. 15 minutes so changes can take effect.
Connect the device to your account again.
