I bought the license Avast internet security, but none button works, no functions work. Everything I try says:

Clck THE START BUTTON BUT SOON PARACAS MESSAGE SAYING
Could not start the Firewall!
In the field of global statistics message appears:
“The module is not running”
Note: I could not get the support for help … 
Have you rebooted since installing ?
Have (or did) you another Anti-Virus installed in this system, if so what was it and how did you get rid of it ?
What is your operating system ?
Do you have another firewall installed other than the windows firewall ?
Yes rebooted often
Antivúrus had another, but uninstalled it, delete files I CCleaner, RegistryBooster, cleaned everything before installing Avast
Only windows firewall
So, what exactly was the old Anti-virus?
