My Avast is not accessable, unsecured and unable to start

UPDATE: I’ts working today!
Yesterday I did uninstall from CPanel… ran Ccleaner… reloaded Avast… got update… shut down this morning it is working… seems ccleaner must have cleaned out the problem… hope so.
