My avast! is not expired but I'm getting pop-ups that say it is

I am certain it is not expired because I bought this computer in late March and loaded Avast! in early April–I loaded everything from the OS and drivers to all the programs from scratch, so it cannot be expired.

My avast! is the internet security, I think version 5.
OS Win7.

Any ideas?

Hello dondi1 and welcome to the forum. :slight_smile:

Can you please right click your Avast orange tool bar icon on the bottom of your monitor screen > then left click on “About Avast.” It will give you the Program Version (like 5.0.677) and product type (Free, Pro, AIS/Internet Security).

Then click on the “Summary” page of the GUI and tell me the expiration date.
