Hi SafeSurf, I am not sure whether to use the Pro or Ais…pro brings up a webpage and Ais goes straight to a box that asks me if I want to run the program. I package I paid for was the max protection for one year, does that matter?

The reason I put both links in my post is because I didn’t know which product you had. I thought you knew which one you had bought, as YoKenny pointed out. Do you have an email or receipt you can refer to?
The Pro version is a paid upgrade AV from the Free version which offers more protection.
The AIS (Internet Security) includes an AV plus a firewall.
