Some Days ago I submitted some malwares to you and I got the feedback(5 of the 6 were malwares)
this is the topic:
ticket No: #OCW-856-64685
https://support.avast.com/Tickets/Ticket/View/1344492
I have the latest update of Avast with default setting,but my Avast is still not detecting the malwares
checking them on Virus total shows all files are caught by Avast

Perhaps a better forum to post this would be:
viruses and worms

Have you tried to scan the samples with PUP scan turned on?
PUP = not virus / Possible Unwanted Program

I turned it on and Avast can now detect it on downloading
but the previously downloaded is not caught by manual scan (r click>>>>scan)
how can I active PUP on rclick scan?

right click scan means EXPLORER SCAN.
you can configure its settings via
AVAST UI>>SETTINGS>>ANTI VIRUS>>SPECIAL SCANS>> EXPLORER SCAN ->SETTINGS
also read this one too. :o

actually explorer scan settings could not be saved properly some times.
