My Blue Ball no workie

ADNM 600 users
WAN 25 locations
Right clicking on “blue ball” does not work on any computer on the WAN
It use to work, but not now
No changes by me
Need to shutdown some of the agents running
Help!

Errrr. I think that’s the default setting with Avast for the network client. Have you checked the setting in ADNM?

Local Scanners
Enable

netlap00; in my case, everthing works fine, so I’m attaching two files with my configuration, the first one is shows the default configuration in the computer catalog folder, the second one shows the customization we done for ours servers, I hope it helps you.
