my browser keeps looking up ip address 1.2.3.4 ...

…then crashes out. can’t seem to stop it. found in resource monitor that AvastSvc.exe is connected to 1.2.3.4

I’m sure something fishy is happening but hard to say. Computer has been having the odd moment recently.
