Since the last avast update, my MyCloud NAS is blocked by the firewall (IP address 192.168.1.XX). The blocking appears in the blocking rule log: "The firewall has automatically blocked the 192.168.1.XX (port scan detection) IP address. (IP adress of my “Mycloud”)
When I disable the firewall everything is OK.
I do not know how to change the rules so that the IP address is OK
I already saw this page but don’t understand how to do … (i only have the IP of my “MyCloud”).
To create rules you need “ports”… how find the one of my “mycloud” ?
sorry but the avast release politics makes me angry.
yesterday i search over 3 hours the bug, why my nas doenst work anymore. and i didn‘t find the bug.
so i dont‘t want to wait for the fix. i will delete avast and look for a more stable protection software.
please stop to release of bugy software. the avast suites are too important for a working system!
