My computer is stuck with idlingbuddy, any last resort?

My computer is infected with idlingbuddy, it keeps trying to access the network, but my Norton blocks it.

Its still on my computer, I deleted one of the trojans (with Avast) but theres another one and its still being detected and blocked. (Its no damaging my computer, but you can guess why I want it off.)

I tried everything I can with my 2 antiviruses and its still trying to do its (not so preferred) actions.
If anyone could tell me what to do before I just let it stay it would be extremely helpful.
