My computer restarts after login when not in safe mode

I need help. My computer now restarts itself when not in safe mode after i log in. avast found that it couldnt read any of the .logs ??? please help

Can you boot in Safe Mode and schedule a boot-time scanning?

C:\Program Files\ALWIL Software\Avast4\sched.exe /A:“*” /archives

If infected files are found, it’s safer to send them to Chest instead of deleting them.
This way you can further analysis them.

Keep in safe mode Set a scheduled scan time

Then do a full scan in safe mode …

And then when that has completed Investagate

i did do a full scan i have a compaq presario laptop and i dont know how to do a boot time scan,

Read Tech’s reply again as that shows the command to run from Windows Run, copy the text into the input window: C:\Program Files\ALWIL Software\Avast4\sched.exe /A:“*” /archives
