My computer seems to be under lock down now that I downloaded avast

I downloaded avast and now I cannot make the results of that scan go away. As a matter of fact I cannot change the page, access my malware ware or reboot in safe mode.

Is there a way that I can download avast on a disc from this other computer on my network and down load it into my e drive?

Why do you want to access malware?
Safe mode has nothing to do with avast since it is not loaded when booting in safe mode.
Please elebarate on your problem.

What is a “malware ware”? What “page” are you trying to change? what “results” of what “scan” are you referring to?
