I am in the process of “not” using Yahoo mail and in the avast GUI>My Devices it shows the right email.
The problem is when I try to log-in to my(dot)avast(dot)com it won’t let me use my “new” email address even
though I’ve changed it successfully. I even got a confirmation email of the change. Any ideas?
I changed mine some time ago as my email service (for my own domain) stopped working.
I changed things to a new email and that worked fine.
In getting a confirmation email, is their not a link to verify/certify the change.
It was the right email but it wouldn’t accept the right password.
I ended up having to reset the password five times before I could
log-in. I used the same password each time. Five resets for the exact
same password.
I use these two websites to test how secure “all” of my many passwords are…(I also have a notebook to write them down).

Certainly weird, I didn’t have that much hassle changing my email.
