i can not get any e-mai; , what is wrong anyone know.

i got my e-mail working but i can not get any attach files to open, i even sent one to my self and it will not open ,
it says unsafe oe removed access

Try this in OE: Tools\Options\Security
and uncheck Do not allow attachments to be saved…
