My email address is no longer recognized as an account on Avast

I have my order form sent to my email address from February of this year. I have double, triple checked my typing. Your system does not recognize my account anymore. Very concerned! Please advise.

Got avast back on August 21st, just upgraded to Windows 8.1 and it’s no longer compatible, but I can’t login to see what my options are for upgrading.

Right click on the avast! system tray, select update > program.
