I have recently bought a product from Avast and I want to get a refund for that. I have submitted a ticket with the number of #487830. However, I didn’t receive any “order ID” for my purchase. The only number I have is a reference ID from Avast email and also an invoice. Can somebody please help me?

Your refund request is waiting in our request queue for 6 hours already. We’ll get to at soon. We usually reply within 1-2 business days. There shouldn’t be any issue with refund as we follow our 30days refund policy. OTOH, I’m wondering why you are giving up on our protection?

Thank you for your reply. It’s been many years (I can’t count) that I and my family have been using Avast products. We had never returned any and we all are glad that we use Avast. In this case, we have bought it for a program but our program has been stopped. So, I have to return the item and I appreciate your help and services.
