My own IP is marked as URL:Mal - Blocked when I started Firefox

Hi everyone.
I just started Firefox and avast! popped up with a Malicious Url Blocked message.

What’s this!?
It’s my own IP address!! I just have checked my IP through whatismyip and my IP was the same as the blocked address…

False positive?
Oh, and that address is 89.186.108.215 - Blocked by Network Shield!
Infection: URL:Mal
Process: C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe

Wow… this is my first virus message on my new PC
Ok… I have restarted my router - and I got a new IP - which isn’t marked as “malicious”

Could this be a FP?
