My phone is controlled by hacker?

Hello,

First of all, I want to say thank you to AMS’s developers because of the great app they have made. I have been using AMS for months and have no problem. But yesterday, when I bought a new phone and install AMS, it has a very strange behavior that I have never seen before.

Well, as told above, yesterday I bought a new phone (Lenovo S560, Android 4.0.4). It takes for granted that last night I charged the phone until the battery is full. This morning, when I use the phone for a few minutes, the screen acts like there is another person using the phone. “He” goes to my dialer and types random numbers (such as 64667455#788***%), turns on the wifi, opens any apps installed in my phone, and touch to the screen. I can not stop this, because the screen is freeze and I can’t touch to the screen. And when the screen lock, “he” still types these random numbers.

I want to ask what is caused this issue. Is my phone hacked or controlled by another person? And what I can do to stop this “attack”? I installed AMS already.

P/s: I am sorry if this topic is not related to AMS support. But I start this because I really need help.

Thank you,

Tran Thanh Binh

===== Update =====

This situation is caused by error in the touch screen. I have changed my phone to a new one and it’s okay in this time ;).

Hi,

yeah, we had exactly this issue with another user already and it was the same problem as you found out. Glad everything is working now :slight_smile:

Filip

Hello,

Thank you, Filip. Now I have a new phone with larger of storage so I can enjoy AMS working faster than my old one :D.

Many greetings,
