My Phone not showing in web portal

Hi

I have had the Avast installed for a week now and my phone is still not showing in the web portal, I know it is not needed and the app still works withoiut it, but I would like it to be listed there too if possible.

Is there something wrong with the portal or my phone? Or have I missed something that I should be doing, I have all the SMS commands working fine.

Any advise would be great, although making it constructive advice would be good :slight_smile:

I have logged into the portal to see if I have device there and it isn’t.

Not sure if I have understood you correctly though, please elaborate if not :slight_smile:

you have to open the app on your phone and set up the avast account there! :slight_smile:
