My Secureline VPN does not connect

Hello,

I’m trying to connect my VPN but it keeps getting stuck in this screen: https://imgur.com/vG35ibh

After some time it gives me this error screen: https://imgur.com/vbdQNNQ

What should I do?

Have you tried other “Server Locations”?
It can also be your internet service provider and local access being poor at the time…

I don’t know how to change the server in this new version of the program, it only shows one switch button to switch to ON or OFF.

My internet is fine, I’m here posting it.

Could you provide a ScreenShot of your Avast Secureline User Interface?

The UI for version 5.4 is shown in my Screenshot. You can see at the bottom the ‘Change Location’ option

I found a way to connect but I had to use other VPN apart, for some reason it does not allow me to connect direct to the server close to my location(brazil), I can connect with any other server but Brazil one. Any tip?

Not sure why ???
What version are you using? Is it a paid for version (licensed)

It’s likely a temporary condition.
Again, try a different Server Location

Tested:
I have no problem connecting to the Brazil Server Location and I’m in Canada.
I am posting this reply via St Paulo, Brazil Server location
