My Shields doesn't work(AVAST PREMIER)

Hi,I had a problem with my Avast’s Shields.
I have an Avast Premier license and I am very happy with this program,but the yesterday I were using my computer normally(all of my shields were activated) and I downloaded a program(called bluestacks) an android emulator and a trojan entry in my computer and Avast didn’t detected nothing.My computer rebooted inmediately and after I could see that my Avast Shields were disables.Now I have my computer insecure and without Shields.I had all the Avast complement(Clean up,Security line,etc…) but I dont know how the trojan entry easily.In conclusion I had payed more than 100$ and my computer remains insecure.And If I dont receive a solution by AVAST Company,I won’t never buy anyone avast product any more.

Bluestacks is a legitimate program that is at times paired with PUP’s (potentially unwanted programs) which other scanners may tag as malware of course this is no excuse.

Avast by default isn’t configured to detect the PUP’s you need to enable them under the settings.I don’t really see how bluestacks can disable your shields i don’t think you have a infection in your computer it seems more like a avast problem than a malware one.

Remember no antivirus program ever has 100% detection because of the 450,000+ viruses coming out everyday.
