Guys can NVIDIA graphic settings affect the speed of video streaming? I know its off topic and maybe wrong section also, but please kindly answer this. If I configured my Nvidia 3D manage settings, is this affecting the speed of downloading when i watch videos?

no, nVIDIA settings has no affect on streaming online playback.
if your online video play back has slow and re-buffer every few second, maybe your internet is slow or you have some unwanted traffic to internet.
but if your computer works slow when you watch video, maybe your video graphic card need to update driver or you should check your player is working right
Im watching some wwe videos at yousportz.com and your right play back has slow and re-buffer every few second but my downloadspeed is 1.26Mbps and uploadspeed 0.7Mbps at that time. What do you think my speed is not enough?
Speaking of driver, my Nvidia GeForce driver is updated. Can you tell me what is better 3D settings to prioritize for my NVIDIA GeForce 7300 SE/7200 GS, a quality or performance? Why? I got Intel Dual Core 1.6ghz, 350w PSU and 512mb ram.

I always manage my Internet traffic using a Firewall.
hope there are not a spyware sending/receiving data, also maybe the yousportz.com sever is down and bandwidth is low, are you watching YouTube.com without problem?
for nVIDIA setting always I keep in “Balance” to have both performance and Quality in 50%/50% 
Are the movies Hi-Def? 1.26 down is a little too slow to stream hi-def media.
