After a few days of using it, I went to my Avast account and canceled the subscription and it was successfully canceled. At the same time, I subscribed to the Avast Premium Security trial for two months and followed all the steps like the previous Avast VPN program and gave all the details. When I wanted to search for the message that was supposed to reach me on the email, I did not find it, so I thought that the subscription was not completed. I also went to my Avast account and did not find it, so I thought that the subscription was not successful and ignored the matter. Note:
1- The Avast Premium Security trial account was not present in my Avast account before the withdrawal process, but now it is only present and you have activated the withdrawal from my bank card on 5/10/2024, while the Avast vpn account has been present in the account since the moment of subscription.
2- I could not write to you to return the amount within 30 days and exceeded the specified period for the refund because, as I told you, I thought that the subscription was not completed as I mentioned to you previously.
