My system hangs up frequently..

Hello,

  1. My system keeps on hanging up frequently for the past five, six days. On the pretext of temperature concerns, I’ve cleaned up cpu fan & re-done the thermal paste et al. The temperature is around mid-sixties only now when the freeze happens.
    I’ve also cleaned up the hard drive and now it has got 60% free space when compared to the previously almost full capacity (286 GB)

  2. How to create a Recovery CD? As my Vista is a pre-installed OEM one, neither Bestbuy nor HP provided me with the installation CDs. And Vista isn’t allowing to me to create a recovery CD. Is there a way I can create a recover CD?
