My VPN web browser is not connected to the Internet

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.

You have posted in the General Sub-Forum, so no clues there.
You are going to have to be a little more detailed, What VPN Web Browser ?

I don’t believe Avast has a VPN integrated into the Avast Secure Browser (but I don’t use that).

What Avast Antivirus program do you have ?
Whilst Avast One antivirus has a VPN component, it isn’t integrated into your browser, but part of the Avast Program.

Are you getting any errors displayed to the screen and if so what ?
