My Web Browsers have no access to the internet!!!

Please, can anyone help me to allow my browsers to access internet again?

My pc has just been reformatted because of this problem and the guys I asked for help don’t know how to fix it. After formatting and installation of OS, I installed Avast Internet Security which I paid for 2 years subscription. After a day, my browsers are havin the same problem. I am alarmed that even after installing Avast Internet Security and doing all the security scans and protection available I still get this problem.

Try turn off AOS

Also, let’s check does your computer has access to internet.

Start the command prompt (cmd) by pressing the windows button + R button on keybord or using windows search form by typing cmd.

A black screen shall open. In that black screen type the following:

ping www.google.com

notice the space between! !

Do you get the responce from google? It should look like this:
