I’ve had to hook up to the internet by an ethernet cable. Tech support says that can’t go online to help because I have a Mac. They referred me to
the Production team who have a recording saying to go to the web. I’m not getting the help I need from Avast.
Is your connection set to ‘private’ in the firewall settings?
