How are the devices named in my account? I have three different listings for what I believe, is the same laptop. How do I determine which name is current?
Also, how do I get a shortcut icon for my Avast Passwords program to appear on my desktop?
For me, it’s usually more than one of the same name. One is listed as active (the good one to keep) the others usually are listed as not having any activity for some time. (If you’re no longer using these devices, delete them)
Reach your Passwords through the Avast user interface:
Click on Privacy and then Passwords.
