Is it possible that you entered the email incorrectly ?
You could try this if it is a possibility.
Start here: - Contact Avast Support - Select Account and Billing - Account Help - From the drop down Select Reason > if applicable and or click the Get Support button. - This should give the option of Phone or Chat.
