Nast Virus - Barowwsoe2save

I need help please. I am running Windows 8 and have picked up a malware called Barowwsoe2save. I have run Avast and spybot and it was picked up but I cannot delete it. It seems to attached itself to optimiser Pro. I removed/uninstalled Optimizer pro from programs and features which seemed to work but it still showed up in the programs 86x directory. I tried to delete it but it would not let me. So the way I see it is this Barowwsoe2save and Optimizer pro is cause my system to react by allowing pop ups all the time, survey pages that just pop up and even have changed a website I was looking at to a game site? This is so frustrating and when I search the internet for a solution, all I end up getting is sites trying to sell me another protection software. I would really appreciate some advise on this and also should be about time avast picked up this malicious malware/virus? Thanks in advance

Hi,

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your desktop.
