Ne peux restaurer mon achat de VPN sur mon nouvel ordinateur

Le titre dit tout. Je viens d’acquérir un nouvel iMac. J’ai réinstaller Avast Security sans problème. Cependant quand je lance le vpn, il ne reconnaît pas mon abonnement. Si je tente de restaurer les achats, tel que proposer dans la fenêtre de lancement du VPN, cela échoue à chaque fois. Y-a-til une solution ?

Sorry about that.
I got a new iMac. I had no problem getting Avast security working on it from my already active licence. No the same with VPN tho. When I launch it, it doesn’t see me as havoing a licence. Cling pn the restaure bought item Button doesn’t work. Do I have to Pay for a new licence ? I won’t be using my old iMac. Looking for a solution … :slight_smile:

sorry for the late answer. If you want to transfer the license from one computer to another, you have two options:

  1. associate it with an Avast account on the first computer and login to the same account on another computer
  2. take the activation code that can be found in application’s preferences and use it for the product activation on the other computer.

The same license can be used on as many computers as you want but only one device can connect to the VPN at the same time.
