Need a Refund and cancel subscription

I’ve been trying to submit my ticket to request a order cancellation and every time I hit submit nothing happens https://support.avast.com/support/tickets/new?form=2

I already purchased Avast Internet security and was billed for avast premier that I do NOT WANT. I would like to cancel my subscription for Avast Premier, if this is not handled appropriately I will cancel both my products and request a refund from both. I DO LIKE Avast Internet Security, but I DO NOT want Avast premier.

How can I cancel the order if that support link isn’t working for me???

Only way is to submit a ticket.

I suggest to close the browser, delete all temporary files and try it again.
Or try it with another browser.

I have seen another topic today that reports the support ticked does nothing so it would appear to be a server/background service issue https://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=194636.0

I’m using the recommended browser “Chrome” tried with Fire Fox and rebooted tried on my phone and all and still nothing… This is very frustrating…

If I submit my request here will that work? also what if I email support@avast.com?

If that ticket system you suggest isn’t working will any of the aforementioned work?

I there is an issue with the backend server/service for the support ticket system it wouldn’t matter what browser you use.

It would be the same as trying to get internet connection if your ISP servers were down, the browser isn’t the issue
