I just received an email saying that $80 has been taken out of my account for autorenewal of virus protection software, however I do not use this software and do not wish to renew. I have submitted a request for a refund but I have not received a response. I need this money back and cannot wait longer than a couple of days for a response. I have tried to call avast support however no one was able to help me and I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. If anyone can help me it would be much appreciated!

As you already have asked for a refund (ticket) there is nothing we can do for you.
You just need to have patience and wait for your ticket to be handled.
