I bought a product a few days ago through the antivirus, and I’d like a refund. However, I have deleted the email that held my order number, making me incapable of raising a ticket. Because of this I’m asking for help here, as Customer service over the phone will undoubtedly be like talking to a brick wall.

It seems it will only accept a valid Order ID.
