Need account help and getting runaround on site trying to find contact email

I have never been more frustrated with a web site ever. All I want is an email address to send a question to, but the website bounces me from page to page with no result. All I want is a freaking email address!!! The problem is I have had a duplicated account in the past and had to pay for two accounts for a year. I got a bill for Avast Ultimate in November 29 for a renewal price of $139.99 on order number 146822468800. My sub ends on January 3 2026. I renewed early on November 29 and received a renew notification for a price of $150.14 but the order number is different from the billing email. (AVAP1654472400). I NEED TO CONTACT SOMEONE to make sure my account is valid for 2026 and that I have only one account. The prices are different and the order numbers are different. Please send an email for me to settle this question or answer it here.
