Need help Avast is spamming me with warnings

Hello Avast community,

today I installed Avast and after installing it, Avast beginns to spam me a warning with this link: “http://xmeon.3owl.com/Panel/image.php”
as Infektion Type “URL:Mal”
and the following path: C:\Windows\syswow64\svhost.exe".

But I don’t know this website and I never visited it.

Before I installed Avast I was running Bitdefender and it doesn’t complains about something like this.

I hope you can understand my english and help me, thank you.

After I run the first programm I rebooted and Avast notified me that a Virus was found and blocked.
Now it doesn’t spam me with this link.

I think everythink should be ok now

i recomend you attach all logs bc you most likely have a infection. an/or if AdwCleaner/avast removed it there may be leftover files that need to be removed
