Are you sure you don't mean you killed mmdmm.exe with Process Explorer?

No, I found mmdmm.exe in /System32 and deleted it, and RERT.exe too according to tednelly’s link.
I forgot to check “show protected OS files” in folder options before that. My bad.
Now mmdmm.exe entry in hijackthis doesn’t come back anymore every time I restart my computer.

There are some suspicious network traffic in Comodo… a lot of them. Generated in about every five seconds, even when I don’t run any applications that may use internet connection (with exception of Avast & Comodo in background).
Here are some samples of them… hope you can tell what these logs mean…

Sometimes explorer.exe (parent: winlogon.exe) tried to do TCP outbound connections to various IPs, I don’t know what to do so I denied it all.

The rest are variations from above. I’m positive none of my P2P applications use port 17635.

When I test my bandwidth with speedtest.net, it appears that only my upload bandwidth is cut down by 90% (whew).
This is only my speculation, but is it actually possible that my upload speed is drained because of the unknown outbound connections?
Sorry for asking stupid questions, but I’m new on computers so I really need some enlightenment here

AVG Anti-Rootkit found the same entry.

The main symptom of the trojan Rustock.b rootkit infection (sometimes identifed as pe386, lzx32 or msguard), is heavy network-activity without any obvious reason. When analysing the computer, the traditional malware tools do not typically find anything. However, tools like Gmer, Combofix, Smitfraudfix and SDfix are able to detect the infection:

This seems to be the case here, so run the tool advised here:

Rustock.b (pe386, lzx32, msguard) Removal Instructions:

Download - rustbfix.exe …and save it to your desktop.

Double click on rustbfix.exe to run the tool.

If a Rustock.b-infection is found, you will shortly hereafter be asked to reboot the computer. The reboot will probably take quite a while, and perhaps 2 reboots will be needed. But this will happen automatically.

Run the tool mentioned above, then re-scan with avast!, AVG Anti-spyware, Spybot etc. (because once the rootkit is removed, other malware can be detected).

Sorry for the replying delay, I had to go to work.

Woah. After I removed the lzx32.sys with rustbfix.exe then ran combofix.exe, the suspicious inbound connections decreased in amount. And there were no suspicious outbound connections anymore. My internet connection felt A LOT lighter than before.
I’m doing scans with avast & AVG-AS, I’ll post the results here later.

And… uh… I closed my combofix log accidentally after I read it and now I can’t find it anywhere. Does anyone know where the log is located? I checked C:\Combofix but the log was not there. I’ll run combofix.exe again if necessary.

Panda , AVG, F-secure (blacklight) rootkit removers didn’t found anything after a re-scan.

My internet connection were restored to normal, save for some blocked suspicious ICMP & UDP inbound logs from some unknown IPs aiming for port 17635 in Comodo.

You should run HijackThis! again and fix the O18 - Protocol hijack entries.

You will probably need to disable Spybot Teatimer first because this protects registry entries.

This method may not work and you may have to delete the entries from the registry manually, but we’ll see what happens.

First create a System Restore point in case anything goes wrong:

Expand HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT, scroll down to PROTOCOLS (1) and expand.

Expand handler (2).

The HijackThis! analysis shows the other 018 entries as safe, except for this one:

I can’t find any information on this.

HijackThis! could just be indicating that the other entries have been changed. To check, I suggest you upload mshtml.dll to VirusTotal.

So you need to:

Run FixWareout and see what it says.
Edit this key in regedit as described above if FixWareout doesn’t fix it:
O18 - Protocol hijack: tv - {9E754710-6158-11D5-B6CE-0050DAAEA668}
Check mshtml.dll at VirusTotal
Find out what this entry is and if it’s bad:

I ran fixwareout.exe. Now the protocol hijacks is gone from hijackthis. The tv value is changed to the one at castlecops O18-99.

Ran one last scan with avast & AVG-AS & spybot. Found nothing.

With this, I think my problems are concluded. Thanks for FreewheelinFrank,DavidR,Tech,mauserme,tednelly and essexboy for helping me solving this matter and giving me great tips. I apologize that I can’t offer all of you more than my sincerest gratitude.
Please help me if I encounter such problem 'bout viruses that is unsolvable by myself. Once again, thank you ^^.

Don’t forget to scan for out-of-date and insecure software using Secunia Software Inspector and update any vulnerable software: this will help to prevent future infections.

You should be able to install the latest version of Java even with SP1.

Uninstall all older versions from Add/Remove.
