After I finish my lunch and I turn on my monitor, I receive the boot-time scan pop-up message every day and I press ‘No’. Here’s the screenshot:

Is there any way to disable it?

I think your pc is virus infected. So let run the boot-time scan once.If there is any virus it will let u know.No there are no way to stop boot-time scan pop-up message. It only show when the scan is finished and avast! found any threats on pc and it make sure that threats are tottaly clean or not.So nothing to worried
This offer is shown only after something has been detected… i.e. I believe you have missed some detection (when the monitor was off).
You can try to check the shield report files (in C:\ProgramData\AVAST Software\Avast\report) - recently detected files should be there (don’t know which file though - FileSystemShield.txt, WebShield.txt…?)
