I posted a problem here with PC possible rootkit virus. I was told to go into safe mode since I cannot open any programs I was sent to supply forum with data so they can help. Is there any other way to do this. Please help. I did not repeated hit the F8 key it does start to load the drivers but never takes me to the opening page to sign in…

I had read that from a tutorial on W7 How to get into safe mode he left here in previous post that it would cause the system to freeze/get stuck. [by the way everyone I just read no mulitple post [sorry] I am new at this all…bear with me please.
I did “get in via safe mode”, but still could not open the program which is suppose to give the data.ansi file needed to help diagnoise what is going on. . . possibly a rootkit virus, nor can I open any programs that are installed/downloaded but will not open to use whatsoever.
Error message:C\Users\My name\Desktop\OTS.exe [and any program I attempt to open. Something is deleting programs off my PC i/e/ Malwarebytes poofed along with others. I believe Spy doctor removed that one.
The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.
(OTS is the program suggested I run to gather the data.ansi. It is not the OTS it is all programs I attempt to open. They will download/install – but that’s it–I cannot open to use whatsoever.
PLEASE someone tell me am I about to lose everything and reset Windows?
If you got advice in another topic, you should reply there.
I know its my 3rd day so I goofed up. Lesson learned.
