I’m trying to understand and subsequently set my expectations on the response time for a submitted ticket. Approximately 9 days ago I opened a support ticket for an issue I’m having with AVAST! Pro & MS-Outlook. The ticket number is RVP-671816.
I look forward to hearing from people on how long it should take to hear back from technical support about a submitted ticket for the Avast! Pro product.
