Need help to remove malware

I’m having the same problem as a lot of people in this forum.
Probably a java script malware… this happened after I inserted a usb drive on my laptop
Whenever I start my computer avast shows a red box about two threats:

(URL: http://copertps.com/a/; C:\Windows\System32\WScript.exe) and
(URL: http://specrtop.org/a/; C:\Windows\System32\WScript.exe)

I’ve followed the steps like “essexboy” said in other topics
After successfully run the OTL in safe mode, the program give me a log file (OTL.txt)
But I don’t removed the file wscript from system32 folder yet.
