Hi, I installed Avast Premium Security, entered the activation code, rebooted my pc & I still cannot connect to the internet when Avast Premium Security is enabled. I know it’s the program that is the issue, because when I disable the shields, I can connect to the internet. Any ideas on how I can I fix this problem please? Paying $89.99 will be a waste otherwise.

- OS…? (32/64 Bit…? - which SP/Build…?)

- Which AV(s) did you use before Avast…?
Avast: 20.3.2405 (build 20.3.5200.561)
Windows 7
Only Avast Cleanup Premium
And I think it was the free Avast before this.
- Download Avast Premium Security: https://files.avast.com/iavs9x/avast_premium_security_setup_offline.exe
- Follow instructions: https://www.avast.com/uninstall-utility (Run this tool for all prior installed Avast versions…!!)
- Reinstall Avast with the downloaded installer from point 1.
- Reboot.
