You’re welcome.
Yes, I believe that the default action is just to display the blank contact page after submission, though it would be nice if it displayed a confirmation page.
Update:
Today my boss went to check my work on the site in question, and his pc immediately crashed. Upon re-boot when he tried opening a browser the windows block function asked if he wanted to keep blocking windows explorer. Very strange behaviour considering I have been on the site all week and nothing unusual has happened for me. He is now doing a full scan.
Dunno, if anybody can shed any more light or ideas on this, I would appreciate hearing anything that can give me a lead on this. There is obviously something more going on.
I really dont know what else to do and now my boss is pretty pissed with me, I imagine.
Sucuri detects it now: http://sucuri.net/malware/malware-entry-mwjsanon7
yeah I was just about to update the thread with that. I figured its always worth re-checking, with the new current issues and bam - infection found.
Damn, well I think we can safely rule out it being a fp. Has anybody got any experience with sucuri? I am thinking of paying the $90 to get the site fixed.
Other than we regularly use it for analysis, I don’t know if someone has gone on to use their services or what is entailed in the service (but $90 seems very cheap).
As I mentioned out of date content management software is often the way sites are hacked:
So simply cleaning an infected element like that script tag after the closing html tag, is a sticking plaster if you don’t find the cause. I don’t know if Sucuri advices on that side in its service of after your site is clean how to try and keep it that way.

Whilst these aren’t recent articles they do give good general advice.
hey DavidR,
I figured as much. Well, we have a reseller hosting account, so our plan is to remove the old hosting account in its entirety, set up a new hosting account (with a new database) and do a fresh new site.
Whilst its a real pain in the back side, it needs to be done.
Thanks to everyone for their time and effort, its been very much appreciated. And a massive thanks to you too DavidR. Truly appreciated.
You’re welcome…!
You’re welcome.
A lot of hassle yes, but unfortunately it looks like a necessary evil if your Host can’t/won’t help they have to keep their end of the bargain in ensuring the content management software they provide is fully up to date to avoid exploit and hacking.
My guess is that your site won’t be alone on those hosted by this reseller as they probably have no control over the content management software.
Good luck.
